There are many companies offers you the online help to make your photos in to acceptable digital file for a service fee. The DV Lottery instruction request, that you must submit your photo and the photos of your dependants along with the entry in the E-DV form in the digital file format. The photos must meet the given requirements in the instruction. Later, if they found that the photos didn’t meet the given requirements the entry will be disqualified with out notice to the applicant. So you don't know whether you were not lucky to select as winner or your application was just rejected because of your image file. Take care while handling the photos. Normally they may charge US$ 5.00 for each photo. They will send it back to your nominated email address. If you want it in CD, then you can request them to send it to you by regular postal mail. CD will cost you additional charges, doesn’t matter one or many photos.

What they will do?

They will check whether your photo has the required quality like pose, lighting and other things.
Paper photos, they will scan them according to specification.
Then will produce the correct sized digital image of it.
Send it to your E-Mail address.
If you don't have an e-mail address and paid the correct payment they will send it in a CD by regular postal mail.
