Photo Validator.

Photo validator is provided as a part of the American Diversity visa lottery program in their official web site to check your image file size and give the result as whether it is acceptable one for the program or not. It is important the validotor will check only the file image file's file size.

It won't check the width or the height or the quality of the photo. The program is a computer operated one and not by human.
It can't check whether your photo is in focus.
It can't check whether your photo color is ok.
So be aware, that the photo validator will validate and say a photo file is a valid one by its size, even if the photo quality
is not acceptable for the program.
So you must take utmost care to take the photo according to the instructions.

DV 2013 visa lottery that is called as 2013 Green card lottery and this is going to accept entries in this year 2011, request all the applicants to submit their application form in the internet through the E-DV entry. So if you are single check only your photo file to see whether it is acceptable for the program.

If you are a married person with wife/husband and eligible unmarried children under the age of 21, check yours and all their images individually.

How to use the validator?
During the entry submission period go to the main page of the official web site.
There will be a link named as photo validator.
Press it, it will take you to a new page there you will see a button browse. Press it it will ask you to show the place of
your image where you keep it in your PC. Once you showed it and press validate within seconds it will give the result.
