PHOTO INSTRUCTION

The way a person must appear in the photo.

Photos must be in good focus.
Head position of the person when photographed must directly face the camera.
Person's head should not be tilted up, down, or to the side.
Person's head should cover about 50% of the area of the photo.

Background of the Person when photographed must be in front of a neutral, light-colored background.
Backround with dark or patternes will not be accepted.
The person when photographed must not wear objects like sunglasses or any other decorative items that can detract from the face can't be accepted.

Persons are accepted to be photographed with wearing head covering or hats for religious beliefs. But it can't obscure any portion of the persons face.

Taking photos with tribal or headgear that are not specifically religious in nature is NOT allowed.
Taking photos with military, airline or with personnal wearing Hats and caps are not accepted.

There are two ways to make photo files.
01. The image file can be produced by taking a new digital photograph.
02. A photographic print can be scanned with a digital scanner.
